Qualifications

• 3+ years of system design for lithium-ion battery packs or related tech.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial or related industries.
• Experience with design, development and testing of battery systems for electrified propulsion or stationary storage.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and development for Re:Build battery packs.
• Coordinate across engineering teams to inform key program decisions.
• Identify core issues, develop solutions, and communicate impacts across teams.
• Create CAD models and presentations for customers.
• Develop supporting materials like BOMs, assemblies, or installation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with standards and battery performance needs.
