Job summary

Aved battery division is seeking a Battery Assembler Lead for 1st and 2nd shift in Lowell, MA. You will supervise a small team on the assembly line and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include rotating through assembly tasks, supervising final cable and battery pack assembly, and enforcing safety and attendance policies. Cross-training and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lead a small team of Battery Assemblers.
• Clear English reading/writing and spoken communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team rotation through all tasks in the production process.
• Oversee final assembly of cables, battery packs, or electromechanical components for the team.
• Verify time and attendance; enforce policy and productivity standards.
• Participate in continuous training, including cross-training across divisions.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
