Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Boston, MA. This role drives full bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition and installation, with a Monday–Friday 6:30 AM start and year‑round work.

You will lead field crews, manage materials, and ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or residential installation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication (2FA).

Responsibilities

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job.
Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
Safely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's home.
Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
Ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards.
Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect.
Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
