Job summary

BCI Acrylic Inc. in the Denver Metro and NoCo area seeks a Lead Bathroom Installer who can also act as the Qualifying Party for municipal licenses. You will lead hands-on tub-to-shower conversions and ensure one-day installations with top workmanship standards.

The role includes licensing support across the Front Range and will transition to a Production Manager position as the team grows. Must have ICC G13 or higher and residential remodeling experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, focused on bathrooms and wet areas.
• Verifiable experience hours and 2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required.
• Experience installing prefabricated shower systems preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and own standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tub-to-shower conversions with precise workmanship.
• Serve as Qualifying Party to assist licensing for residential permits.
• Ensure one-day installations and maintain a clean, safe job site.
