Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a talented Lead Bathroom Installer to run hands-on tub-to-shower projects across the Denver Metro and NoCo regions. The role includes acting as the Qualifying Party for municipal licenses and delivering fast, high-quality, one-day remodels.

The position supports licensing and project quality while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. This field-based role offers growth toward a Production Manager position as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with focus on bathroom and wet areas.
• Verifiable ICC G13 certificate (or higher) to pull permits in Colorado.
• Own reliable transportation and standard tools.
• Willing to list credentials under our business entity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition and installation of pans, walls, and doors.
• Serve as the Qualifying Party to assist in securing residential contractor licenses.
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and a clean, safe job site; ensure one-day completions.
