Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a Lead Bathroom Installer who can also serve as the Qualifying Party for municipal licenses across the Front Range. This field-based role involves hands-on tub-to-shower conversions and ensuring site safety.

You will coordinate licensing, maintain top workmanship, and ensure projects wrap in a single day. The position will transition into Production Manager as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience hours and ICC G13 (2018) certificates required to pull residential permits in Colorado municipalities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with emphasis on bathroom and wet areas.
• Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools.
• Sharp eye for detail, punctuality and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute hands-on tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition and flawless installation of shower components.
• Serve as the Qualifying Party to secure and maintain residential contractor licenses in local municipalities
• Maintain high workmanship standards and ensure jobs are completed in one day; keep the site clean and safe.
