Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers in the Denver Metro and NoCo region seeks a Lead Bathroom Installer who will also serve as the Qualifying Party for municipal licenses. You will oversee tub-to-shower conversions, ensure fast, one-day installations, and help manage licenses across the Front Range.

The role transitions to a Production Manager over time, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer-first service. Field-based, full-time with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience hours and 2018 ICC G13 or higher certificates required to pull residential permits in CO.
• 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience with emphasis on bathroom/wet-area remodeling.
• Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition and installation of shower pans, surrounds, and doors.
• Serve as the Qualifying Party to secure and maintain residential contractor licenses in local municipalities.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, ensure jobs are completed in one day, and keep the site clean and safe.

Job Title: Lead Bathroom Installer / Licensed Supervisor

Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado (Field Based)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30–$40/hour+ (DOE) + Bonuses

We are a fast-growing, specialized bathroom remodeling company launching in the Denver Metro and NoCo areas. We focus strictly on high-efficiency, one-day "same-for-same" replacements; primarily converting outdated bathtubs into sleek, modern walk-in showers. We do not do heavy structural demo, move walls, or relocate major plumbing footprints. We use high-quality prefabricated stone and acrylic systems to deliver beautiful results to our clients in a single day.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can also act as the Qualifying Party for our company’s municipal general contracting licenses across the front range.

• Installation: Lead and execute the hands-on installation of tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition of existing fixtures and flawless installation of shower pans, wall surrounds, and doors
• Licensing Support: Serve as the Qualifying Party to help the company secure and maintain Class C (or equivalent) residential contractor licenses in local municipalities
• Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high standard of workmanship, ensures jobs are completed in one day, and keep the job site clean and safe

*****This position WILL transition to a Production Manager role.

• The Credentials (Required): You must possess the verifiable experience hours AND 2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required to pull residential building/remodeling permits in Colorado municipalities. You must be willing to list your credentials under our business entity
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with a heavy emphasis on bathroom and wet-area remodeling
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred
• Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools
• Reliability: A sharp eye for detail, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude
