BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking a Lead Bathroom Installer to oversee tub-to-shower conversions in the Denver Metro and NoCo area. This field-based role leads hands-on installation, manages demolition tasks, and ensures flawless one-day completions for clients.

The role also serves as the Qualifying Party to support licensing across front-range municipalities, with an eye for quality, reliability, and client satisfaction. Growth potential exists toward a Production Manager role.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience hours and ICC G13 (2018) certificate required to pull permits.
• 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, especially bathroom/wet areas.
• Experience with prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
• Must be detail-oriented, punctual and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform tub-to-shower installations, including demolition and installation of pans, surrounds, and doors.
• Serve as the Qualifying Party to maintain residential licenses with local authorities.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure work is completed in one day with clean sites.

Job Title: Lead Bathroom Installer / Licensed Supervisor

Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado (Field Based)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30–$40/hour+ (DOE) + Bonuses

We are a fast-growing, specialized bathroom remodeling company launching in the Denver Metro and NoCo areas. We focus strictly on high-efficiency, one-day "same-for-same" replacements; primarily converting outdated bathtubs into sleek, modern walk-in showers. We do not do heavy structural demo, move walls, or relocate major plumbing footprints. We use high-quality prefabricated stone and acrylic systems to deliver beautiful results to our clients in a single day.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can also act as the Qualifying Party for our company’s municipal general contracting licenses across the front range.

• Installation: Lead and execute the hands-on installation of tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition of existing fixtures and flawless installation of shower pans, wall surrounds, and doors.
• Licensing Support: Serve as the Qualifying Party to help the company secure and maintain Class C (or equivalent) residential contractor licenses in local municipalities.
• Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high standard of workmanship, ensures jobs are completed in one day, and keep the job site clean and safe.

*****This position WILL transition to a Production Manager role.

What We Are Looking For

• The Credentials (Required): You must possess the verifiable experience hours AND2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required to pull residential building/remodeling permits in Colorado municipalities. You must be willing to list your credentials under our business entity.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with a heavy emphasis on bathroomand wet-area remodeling.
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation and your own standardtools.
• Reliability: A sharp eye for detail, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.
