Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a Lead Bathroom Installer / Licensed Supervisor for field-based work across the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado. The role leads hands-on tub-to-shower conversions, ensures quick, one-day installations, and acts as the Qualifying Party for residential licenses.

This position will transition toward Production Manager, with competitive $30–$40/hour DOE plus bonuses, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable experience hours and 2018 ICC G13 exam certificates for permits in Colorado.
• 3–5 years in residential remodeling with emphasis on bathrooms and wet areas.
• Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems preferred.
• Own tools and reliable transportation required.
• Punctual, detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition and installation.
• Serve as the Qualifying Party to secure and maintain Class C residential licenses.
• Maintain high workmanship standards; ensure jobs complete in one day; keep site clean and safe.

Job Title: Lead Bathroom Installer / Licensed Supervisor

Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado (Field Based)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30–$40/hour+ (DOE) + Bonuses

We are a fast-growing, specialized bathroom remodeling company launching in the Denver Metro and NoCo areas. We focus strictly on high-efficiency, one-day "same-for-same" replacements; primarily converting outdated bathtubs into sleek, modern walk-in showers. We do not do heavy structural demo, move walls, or relocate major plumbing footprints. We use high-quality prefabricated stone and acrylic systems to deliver beautiful results to our clients in a single day.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can also act as the Qualifying Party for our company’s municipal general contracting licenses across the front range.

• Installation: Lead and execute the hands-on installation of tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition of existing fixtures and flawless installation of shower pans, wall surrounds, and doors
• Licensing Support: Serve as the Qualifying Party to help the company secure and maintain Class C (or equivalent) residential contractor licenses in local municipalities
• Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high standard of workmanship, ensures jobs are completed in one day, and keep the job site clean and safe

*****This position WILL transition to a Production Manager role.

What We Are Looking For

• The Credentials (Required): You must possess the verifiable experience hours AND 2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required to pull residential building/remodeling permits in Colorado municipalities. You must be willing to list your credentials under our business entity
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with a heavy emphasis on bathroom and wet-area remodeling
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred
• Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools
• Reliability: A sharp eye for detail, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude
