Job summary

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a Lead Bathroom Installer who can also act as the Qualifying Party for municipal licenses in the Front Range. You will lead tub-to-shower conversions, ensure one-day installs, and support licensing across Denver Metro and NoCo.

The role requires 3–5 years in residential remodeling with bathroom focus, ownership of tools, and reliable transport. The position will eventually transition to a Production Manager role.

Qualifications

• You must possess verifiable experience hours AND 2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required to pull residential building/remodeling permits in Colorado municipalities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with a heavy emphasis on bathroom and wet-area remodeling.
• Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the hands-on installation of tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition of existing fixtures and flawless installation of shower pans, wall surrounds, and doors
• Licensing Support: Serve as the Qualifying Party to help the company secure and maintain Class C (or equivalent) residential contractor licenses in local municipalities
• Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high standard of workmanship, ensures jobs are completed in one day, and keep the job site clean and safe
• *****This position WILL transition to a Production Manager role.
