Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Lead Bath Installer to oversee the installation of premium baths and showers in residential projects within the United States.

This role emphasizes quality, safety, and customer satisfaction as you guide a team through the installation process. You will lead installations, mentor apprentices, communicate directly with clients, and ensure adherence to company standards and building codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 75 lbs as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

In this role, you will oversee the installation process of our premium bath products while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

PAY: $85,000-$120,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
