Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and effective classroom practices.
• Strong public relations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under the Alabama Child Protection Act.
• Proficiency with education technology and instructional practices.
• Leadership and collaboration across multiple settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
