• 3+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience required.
• Familiarity with Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, and Honeywell is essential.
• Willingness to work locally at client sites approximately 80% of the time.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
• Perform point-to-point checkouts and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete necessary project documentation.

As a lead-level service systems specialist/technician on our service team, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of systems with minimal supervision, ensuring proper functioning and performance. Tasks include point-to-point checkouts, troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, and completing required project documentation.

Job Details
