About the Role

As a lead technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, and completing project documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls
• Willingness to work onsite at client locations approximately 80% of the time
• Knowledge of systems such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or similar

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tridium Niagara
• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys
