About the Role

As a lead technician, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of building automation systems. You will troubleshoot HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, conduct point-to-point checkouts, and complete project documentation. Opportunities for career advancement into Service Management and programming roles are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls
• Willingness to work onsite at client sites approximately 80% of the time
• Familiarity with systems such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or others

Preferred Skills
