Job summary

MPSW is seeking an experienced on-site Controls Installer to join our Arizona team. You will install and troubleshoot central plant controls within unfinished or occupied buildings while following project plans and safety guidelines.

You will lead on-site installers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely completion of installation tasks. A strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R Technology degree or BAS experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction or controls industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, control devices, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install control system components for projects without supervision.
• Read and implement controls submittals and installation plans.
• Determine wire and material needs for project workflow daily/weekly.
• Maintain an efficient schedule while monitoring critical paths.
