Coral Hospitality invites applications for a Full-Time Lead Bartender at Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Helen, GA. The role supports three dining venues and leads bar service, inventory, training, and operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring bartending expertise, knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine, and a commitment to responsible service. TIPS and Food Handler certifications are required or obtainable upon hire.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire).

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead by example and assist with training and supporting bartending staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and company policies.
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and daily bar operations.

Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an experienced Full-Time Lead Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. As our Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service while supporting bar operations across our three unique dining venues:
