Job summary

Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Helen, GA is seeking a Full-Time Lead Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. You will oversee service at three dining venues: Unicoi Restaurant, Smith Creek Tavern, and Anna's Italian, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Applicants should have bartending experience with leadership skills; must hold TIPS and Food Handler Certifications or be willing to obtain them. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and growth with Coral Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead by example and assist with training and supporting bartending staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and company policies.
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and daily bar operations.
