Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders.
• Take payments and balance sales/receipts per policy.
• Recognize intoxicated guests and seek management guidance.
• Maintain security of bar stock and inventory.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
