Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks an experienced bartender to provide hospitality from greeting guests to serving drinks and handling payments. You will manage bar setup, inventory, and daily paperwork while delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of full-service bartending experience and TIPS certification. Accurate cash handling and knowledge of POS systems are essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years full service bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of sophisticated mixed drink recipes and POS.
• Must be TIPS certified.

Responsibilities

• Check patrons' identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol.
• Prepare bar setup and maintain inventory of bar supplies.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of bar supplies and procedures.
• Accurate cash sales and cash handling.
• Close out every check once it has been paid.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of bar equipment as needed.
• Serve and/or sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a cheerful demeanor on duty.
• Inventory bar items and initial bar paperwork.
• Calculate cash at end of shift and return bank to the cash room.
• Open and close duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Duties may change or be added without notice.
