Job summary

Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Helen, GA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Lead Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will lead by example, supervise bartending staff, and ensure top-notch guest service across Smith Creek Tavern and Anna's Italian.

This role requires previous bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, and TIPS and Food Handler certifications. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are provided in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior bartending experience required.
• Lead by example and assist training of bartending staff.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible service.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead by example and assist with training and supporting bartending staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with state and company policies.
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and daily bar operations.
