Job summary

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is seeking hospitality professionals to provide exceptional beverage service in a vibrant, boutique setting. You will help maintain high beverage quality, support bar operations, and develop guest relationships to encourage return visits.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable), and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide restaurant and bar guests with excellent beverage quality and consistency in an attractive environment and with professional service.
• Facilitate daily bar operations and act as an advocate for the bar or restaurant.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team and effectively manage guest experiences.
• Lead bar team through creation and implementation of specialty cocktail list.
• Assist Managers with inventory, weekly orders, and training of bar staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and engage in marketing efforts.
