Job summary

Ginger and Baker in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver attentive service at tables and the bar, with knowledge of the menu and recipes.

You will mix cocktails, pour wine and beer, take orders, manage payments at the POS, restock and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of bartending experience in hotels/restaurants.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Word & Excel software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to customers at tables and bar-tops.

Must possess good knowledge of service, wine and spirit service.• Has demonstrated skills, knowledge and competency in the areas of service, mixology, wine and beer.• Proficient written and oral communication skills with other members of management, professional, and support staff are also required.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
