Qualifications

• Alcohol beverage certification and food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar and completes pre-opening requirements.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Complies with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Reads and understands Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Able to work large or small events with minimal supervision.
• Cleans bar and completes pre-closing requirements.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws and club policies.
