Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a capable Banquet Supervisor to prepare, pour and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will lead a team of service professionals and support daily club operations, events, and service hours with a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 4+ years in Banquet Supervisor or similar role.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Alcohol beverage certification and food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar and complete pre-opening requirements.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Handle service and safety regulations consistently.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and pre-close procedures.
• Read Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and work events with team.
