Job summary

Grande Oaks Golf Club Davie is seeking a Lead Bartender to deliver exceptional bar service across the clubhouse, events, and pool service. You will train staff, maintain beverage quality, and support cost controls while aligning with the club’s standards for service and member experience.

This role requires 3+ years of bartending experience in high-volume environments, strong knowledge of cocktails and wine, and the ability to manage busy service periods and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bartending in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine service.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and events.
• Experience with POS systems and beverage inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to members and guests at the clubhouse bar and events.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.
• Learn member preferences and uphold hospitality-first service.
• Support events, tournaments, and private functions as needed.
• Lead shifts when management isn’t present and ensure standards are met.
