PGA Primary Black 01 is seeking an experienced restaurant operations leader to drive guest service excellence and staff engagement across multiple outlets. You will coach teams, ensure hygiene and quality standards, and guide both short- and long-term planning within a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong POS knowledge, a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage events and schedules while maintaining a professional appearance and energy.
Accountable for emphasizing duties like assessing customer satisfaction, assigning tasks to bartenders, training new employees, solving customer inquiries, managing restaurant staff work schedules and recommending special menu items. This position is responsible for assisting in directing and organizing the activities and services of the department.

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years high volume bartending/food & beverage supervisor experience and one-year resort or country club experience required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to communicate and work well with fellow employees and other departments. Maintain a presentable appearance, behavior and manner at all times. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand for long hours of the day; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee occasionally is required to sit; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift, push, carry, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
Work is generally performed at the bar area.
