Qualifications

• RAMP certification required or must be obtained within the timeframe established by Bald Birds Brewing Company.
• Previous bartending, taproom, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff schedules one month out, coordinating with HR as needed.
• Validate bi-weekly payroll timecards and tip reports for HR submission.
• Communicate and enforce company policies with all staff.
• Plan, create, and update cocktail menus seasonally or with menu rotation.
• Conduct weekly inventory of liquor, mixers and bar supplies; manage par levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area in line with health and safety rules.
• Train and mentor bartenders on drinks, engagement, and cleanliness.
• Ensure drinks follow recipes and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and partners as needed.

This role leads by example, upholds all company policies, and plays an active role in beverage innovation, inventory management, and staff training.Key Responsibilities:· Maintain staff schedules one month out at all times, communicating with HR regarding staffing needs or adjustments in a timely manner.· Ensure accurate and timely completion of bi-weekly payroll reporting, including validating employee timecards and tip reports for submission to HR.· Communicate company policies to all staff and enforce those policies consistently.· Plan, create, and update cocktail menus seasonally or as often as necessary based on the kitchen’s menu rotation.· Conduct regular weekly inventory counts of liquor, mixers, and bar supplies. Monitor par levels, place orders as needed, and minimize waste through accurate tracking and rotation systems.· Maintain a clean and organized bar environment in accordance with health and safety regulations and company guidelines.· Train and mentor bartenders and other staff on drink preparation, customer interaction, and cleanliness standards, acting as a role model for professionalism and service.· Monitor bar staff to ensure drinks are made according to recipe standards and customer expectations.· Communicate professionally and proactively on behalf of the business with customers, vendors, and partners as needed· Maintain copies of all current licensure, employee certifications, and other relevant compliance documents.Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable Pennsylvania requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.RAMP certification required or must be obtained within the timeframe established by Bald Birds Brewing Company.Previous bartending, taproom, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to remain on your feet, including standing and walking, for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions associated with bartending and cleaning duties.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including cases of beverages, supplies, and other taproom inventory.Ability to safely move, maneuver, or assist with kegs and other heavier items using appropriate equipment or team assistance.Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the taproom schedule.
