The role emphasizes fast-paced service, training, reliability, and strong communication to create exceptional guest experiences and maintain Pret’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year Barista experience or more.
• Proficiency with espresso-based drinks.
• Team-oriented approach and reliable performance.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Team Member Star and Baristas-in-training on Barista Prepared Drinks and standards.
• Deliver drinks within the 60-second service standard and communicate delays.
• Coordinate with management to plan and carry out Barista Prepared Drinks training.
• Lead coffee team briefs and participate in relevant training sessions.
