Qualifications

• Experience as a barista with quality beverage preparation and customer service.
• Experience handling cash and giving change accurately.
• Basic math and counting skills for transactions.
• Supervisory experience preferred for training and guiding staff.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Train and guide staff on coffee/food prep, customer service, cash handling, and procedures.
• May schedule and delegate tasks and coordinate completion of location duties.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar/locations and maintain sanitation.
• Stock beverages, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
