Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department.
• Support Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Order and receive product, complete paperwork, interview and train associates.
• Plan, assign and direct work; assist in appraising performance; reward and discipline staff.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; ensure smooth department operation.
