Job summary

Responsibilities

• Order and receive product, complete paperwork, and train associates.
• Interview and train new staff; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain customer satisfaction and sales.
• Adhere to Harris Teeter policies and standards in supervising daily operations.
