Job summary

The Golden Hog Market in Florida is seeking a full-time Lead Barista with strong coffee preparation and leadership skills to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service. You will support bakery operations, train staff, and ensure consistent quality across all espresso-based drinks.

Shifts rotate across the week from early mornings to evenings, including weekends. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as Barista/Lead Barista with leadership duties.
Proven ability to train, guide, and motivate team members.
Experience operating professional espresso machines and preparing drinks.
Willingness to support bakery production and ops.

Responsibilities

Lead beverage preparation and ensure quality across espresso drinks.
Train and supervise café staff; assign tasks.
Assist Bakery Manager with daily ops and opening/closing.
Maintain clean, organized stations and stock levels.
Support oven operations, packaging, displays as needed.
