Job summary

Food Provisions LLC in Florida is seeking a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and cafe drinks while delivering excellent customer service. Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., and the role supports the Bakery team with basic production and oven work.

This position also involves packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning as needed, with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience as Barista or related role preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other beverages preferred.
• Willingness to assist with bakery production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and product organization.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and espresso-based beverages and other cafe drinks while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Support Bakery team with basic production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and display organization.
• Maintain clean, organized beverage stations and display cases.
• Provide excellent customer service and work as part of a team.
