Bluestone Lane in Town of Mamaroneck, NY is seeking a Head Barista to uphold the Bluestone Lane coffee and beverage program, mentor teammates, train staff, and ensure high standards in drinks, service, and food preparation.

The role covers managing the coffee menu, rotating products, overseeing equipment cleaning, and assisting with education sessions. You will work Monday through Friday, serve locals, and support the General Manager with labor and floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns coffee/beverage quality & processes gatekeeper for café
• Leads holistic education and training of coffee products and program
• Manages coffee-related equipment cleaning & maintenance
• Oversees inventory of coffee products
• Delivers drinks to locals and upsells food/beverage
• Attends Head Barista meetings and facilitates training/acc accreditation requests
• Trains, educates and acclimates new baristas
• Contributes to store workflow improvements and audits
• Maintains clean, functional bar space with fast service
• Directs live labor in absence of GM
