Bluestone Lane is seeking a Head Barista to uphold the quality of our coffee and beverage program at the home store. This role leads training and education for teammates, ensuring top drink quality and brand ambassadorship.

The Head Barista will manage equipment, inventory, and menu understanding while supporting the manager. This position involves direct service to locals, POS operation, and coordinating with cafe teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working as a Barista or Head Barista in Specialty coffee or 4+ years working in non-specialty coffee in a high volume fast paced environment.
• 2+ years of relevant hospitality experience; leadership roles preferred.
• DOH accredited or SafeServe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Bluestone Lane coffee/beverage quality and processes across the cafe.
• Mentor and educate teammates on coffee products and program standards.
• Manage coffee equipment; daily cleaning and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory of coffee and related products.
• Educate customers about the menu and upsell food and beverages.
• Deliver drinks to locals and participate in monthly Head Barista meetings.
• Support the General Manager in shift leadership and operations.
