Responsibilities

• Increase sales through marketing and merchandising of products in the Department.
• Assist supervision and direction of department personnel for quality customer service.
• Delegate assignments to associates per duty rosters.
• Order and maintain stock and supplies; monitor condition and appearance.
• Monitor code dates and product rotation; remove out-of-code items.
• Hold department personnel accountable for duties.
• Prepare and manage department schedules and staffing needs.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean, appealing manner.
• Follow store policies and promotions (e.g., Customer Voice, etc.).
• Perform cleaning tasks and work as a store team player.
• Present oneself professionally with clear communication.
• Perform equipment maintenance per preventive maintenance checklist.
• Follow cash handling and register policies.
• Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions.
• Adhere to dress, grooming, sanitation policies and harassment-free workplace.
• Perform any duties as assigned; work cooperatively in fast-paced environments.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
