Job Description

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supervising Coffee Shop associates to provide high-quality customer service, achieve sales and profit goals, and ensure efficient work shifts. Complete all duties promptly.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

1. Order and maintain inventory for freshness and quality.
2. Verify receivables for amount, quality, and condition.
3. Brew, mix, and blend beverages per standards.
4. Handle spoiled/damaged products as per guidelines.
5. Train staff in department activities and suggestive selling.
6. Manage staff scheduling and supervision to meet productivity goals.
7. Know product differences in price, taste, and use.
8. Prepare food items following procedures.
9. Maintain a clean, stocked, and attractive department.
10. Perform any additional assigned duties.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Proficiency with computers (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
3. Ability to interpret documents and analyze financials.
4. Skills in budgeting, delegation, and suggestive selling.
5. Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds frequently, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods. Work environment varies in temperature and noise levels. Travel may be required.
