Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of food preparation and general kitchen maintenance.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year experience in a catering kitchen (Preferred).
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English sufficient to determine and carry out duties.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations in a respectful and culturally responsive manner.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations for recipes, measurements, and portions.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety rules and procedures in a food establishment.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and methods.
• Ability to comply with safety standards for personal and public safety.
• Ability to produce and present food in high-volume catering environments under fluctuating workload.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to review daily orders and plan work.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to operate independently and exercise good judgment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong culinary techniques and understanding of culinary terminology.
