This full-time role requires 3+ years of kitchen experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends to accommodate event schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years food preparation and general maintenance of a kitchen (Required)
• 1+ year experience in a catering kitchen (Preferred)
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English sufficient to determine and carry out job duties (Required)
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety rules for food production and service (Required)
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and methods (Required)
• Strong culinary techniques and terminology (Required)
