Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a Full-Time Lead Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. You will lead banquet food preparation and service, read and execute BEOs, and ensure high standards of presentation for member events.

Open availability with weekend shifts is preferred. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of banquet kitchen experience at a luxury resort or private club and prior supervisory experience. AZ Food Handler’s Card is required.

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
• Minimum 3 years of banquet kitchen experience at a luxury resort or private country club is required
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory culinary role is strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in reading and executing BEOs and coordinating food preparation for events of varying sizes
