• Minimum two years bartending experience in a high-end bar.
• Ability to pour, mix and blend a variety of drinks.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. required.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Lead Banquet Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Lead Banquet Bartender serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Banquet Bartender serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items.

• The Lead Bartender assures each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.

• The Lead Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.

• Offer interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.

• The Lead Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

• We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• The Lead Bartender is also required to perform additional side duties as needed

• Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

• The Bartender position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Has a dynamic personality and guest interaction skills.

• Minimum two years of bartending experience in a high end bar.

• Ability to pour, mix and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits and drinks.

• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Travel may be required.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
