Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations.
• Experience with BRD/FRD documentation and Agile methodologies.
• Solid experience in data analysis using SQL.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering to define functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including UAT coordination and production support.
• Work on data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Support integration efforts across multiple platforms and applications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and security standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership on best practices.
