Job summary

ABX Air in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Lead Line Maintenance Systems Specialist for the CVG area to oversee station operations and supervision of Line Maintenance Systems Specialists. You will schedule shifts, assign work, and perform preventative maintenance on B767 aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

A&P license and extensive heavy-jet experience are required, with the ability to travel frequently when aircraft are AOG.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5 years' experience with B767 heavy or Line Maintenance operations.
• A&P License is required.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of aircraft maintenance including mechanical, structural and avionics systems.
• Proficient on Boeing MM/IPC.
• Proficient in MXI.
• Ability to travel frequently when aircraft are AOG.
• Preferred: 5+ years lead or supervisory experience; 767 experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station operations; maintain work schedules and shift rotation.
• Assign work to other Line Maintenance System Specialists and Line Maintenance Specialists.
• Perform all other lead functions and supervise team activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with manuals and FAA regulations.
