Job summary

Xtreme Aviation LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor for Boeing 767. You will oversee daily line maintenance activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure all work meets FAA regulations and approved data.

The candidate should have hands-on leadership experience, a valid A&P certificate, and strong ability to read maintenance manuals and diagrams. On-site role with growth opportunities in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification required.
• Experience supervising or leading aircraft maintenance personnel.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and other data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily line maintenance activities and assigned personnel.
• Lead technicians performing inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, repair, and maintenance on Boeing 767.
• Provide technical guidance and support, ensure compliance with FAA regs and data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality Control, Planning and other departments to meet maintenance requirements.
• Review maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders for accuracy and completeness.
