Job summary

ABX Air, Inc. seeks a Lead B767 Line Maintenance Systems Specialist to oversee station operations, maintain work schedules, and rotate shifts.

You will assign tasks to other specialists, perform lead duties, and carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications on B767 aircraft in compliance with manuals and FAA regulations.

Required are an A&P license, HS diploma, valid passport, and the ability to travel when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience with B767 heavy or line maintenance.
• A&P license required.
• Valid passport required.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, structural and avionics systems.
• Proficient on Boeing MM/IPC.
• Proficient in MXI.
• Ability to travel frequently when aircraft are AOG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station operations and manage shift rotations.
• Assign work to Line Maintenance System Specialists and Line Maintenance Specialists.
• Perform lead functions and coordinate preventative maintenance.

Job description

The Lead B767 Line Maintenance Systems Specialist will oversee station operations; maintain work schedules and shift rotation. Will assign work to other Line Maintenance System Specialists and Line Maintenance Specialists. Perform all other lead functions. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with specified manuals, procedures and FAA regulations; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 Years' experience with B767 aircraft heavy or Line Maintenance operations or similar type aircraft
• A&P License
• Valid passport
• Working knowledge of all aspects of aircraft maintenance to include mechanical, structural and avionics systems
• Proficient on Boeing MM/IPC
• Proficient in MXI
• Ability to travel frequently when aircraft are AOG

Preferred Skills:

• 10 Years' experience on heavy jets
• 767 experience
• 5 years' Lead or Supervisory experience
