The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of audio, video, and theatrical lighting systems, lead a small crew, and ensure projects meet standards. Candidates should have 3–7 years of AVL installation experience and be able to work with schematics and construction drawings. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of AVL installation experience.
• Ability to read schematics and construction drawings.
• Experience with cable fabrication and system installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of AVL systems including audio, video, and theatrical lighting equipment.
• Direct and coordinate small installation crews onsite.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors.
