Relativity is looking for a leader for its Avionics Test team specializing in electronics testing. You will manage test engineers, collaborating closely with design teams to develop automated testing systems for Terran R electronics.

The ideal candidate will offer at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with complex test systems, and will be instrumental in ensuring quality in a rapidly evolving environment.

The role offers a competitive salary between $151,000 and $208,000 along with a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with electronics hardware simulation, automation, and/or test.
• Experience in leading engineers in best-practices and technical principles.
• Experience with ownership of complex test system design and environmental testing.
