Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Bombardier Lead, Avionics Repair Technician to lead a team of technicians and manage avionics repairs on Bombardier aircraft on-site.

The role requires strong electrical, electronic, and instrument systems knowledge and hands-on leadership within a fast-paced MRO environment. Responsibilities include supervising work orders, coordinating project flow, and ensuring FAA paperwork compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aircraft maintenance/avionics with supervision of multiple technicians.
• Strong knowledge of FAA paperwork, work orders and procedures.
• Experience with Corridor systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver timely, high-quality avionics work.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical, electronic, and instrument systems.
• Manage parts replacement, inspections, and FAA forms.
• Coordinate workflow and project flow with the Avionics Repair Manager.
• Ensure compliance with FAA guidelines and company safety rules.
