Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Lead Analyst for the F-22 Mission Systems team in Berkeley, CA. The role analyzes engineering solutions for F-22 avionics and tests new and existing systems within a cross-functional, development lifecycle environment.

The position requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and onsite work with travel up to 10%. Education includes a BS in engineering and extensive lead-level experience in aerospace domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Lead requires 14+ years with a bachelor, 12+ with a master's, or 9+ with a PhD.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Leads analysis and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with multiple teams and agile requirements and critical path dates.
  • Collaborates with Responsible Engineers, customer technical staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture
  • Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications in support of lab and operational environments
  • Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
